highly organized Legal Recruiting Assistant to support core
recruiting operations,
sourcing and candidate management.
- Create maintain market maps by practice area and Texas market.
- Track firms practice groups headcount trends key attorney movement ensure data accuracy consistency across market-mapping documents.
- Draft post manage LinkedIn job postings conduct initial outreach prospective candidates coordinate scheduling introductory calls interviews track responses follow-ups ensure candidate falls cracks research attorneys prospects active future searches identify candidates firm practice area geography experience level support proactive sourcing pipeline development maintain accurate contact records ATS Google Sheets assist follow-up messaging outreach sequences help consistent professional communication candidates
