We are looking for an experienced Drywall Project Manager / Estimator to oversee commercial drywall and metal framing projects in New Berlin, WI, United States.
This role supports project delivery from early estimating stages through final completion while maintaining strong cost control, safety compliance, and production quality.
The position requires a detail-focused construction professional who can manage multiple responsibilities across the New Berlin area.
The Drywall Project Manager / Estimator will prepare competitive bids, perform takeoffs, and coordinate construction activities while working closely with subcontractors, field supervisors, and clients.
This position plays a key part in sustaining project momentum across commercial framing and drywall assignments in New Berlin, WI, United States.
Candidates should be comfortable handling both preconstruction planning and on-site execution support for projects located around New Berlin.Core Responsibilities
Lead commercial drywall and metal framing projects from proposal stage to final closeout within New Berlin, WI, United States
Prepare accurate material takeoffs, cost analyses, and project estimates for framing and drywall scopes
Manage subcontractor scheduling, material procurement, and field coordination activities
Track project budgets, change orders, timelines, and documentation requirements for New Berlin assignments
Serve as the main communication link between general contractors, internal teams, and clients working in New Berlin, WI, United States
Monitor jobsite performance to maintain safety standards, quality expectations, and operational guidelines
Recommend process improvements that enhance productivity and project delivery efficiency across New Berlin projects
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in commercial drywall, metal framing, or related construction management
Strong background in estimating, construction cost control, and field project coordination
Ability to organize and supervise several concurrent construction projects
Knowledge of commercial building methods, workflow sequencing, and jobsite operations
Excellent client communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Highly organized with attention to detail while working under deadlines
