We are seeking compassionate part time caregivers on the sunrise shift (7am-3pm) at our beautiful group homes in Howell, MI.
*Your Role:
As a dedicated caregiver, you'll provide essential support to iindividuals facing social, cognitive, emotional, and physical challenges.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* *Personal Care*: Assist with daily routines ensuring dignity and safety.
* *Support Services*: Aid in nutrition, mobility, and housekeeping to enhance independence.
* *Emergency Response*: Swift action to ensure safety.
* *Healthcare Assistance*: Manage medications and health records.
* *Administrative Support*: Maintain documentation to ensure smooth operations.
* *Additional Duties: *Flexibility is key – you'll assist with tasks as assigned, contributing to the smooth functioning of our programs. Must be comfortable coordinating cliet on community based activities.
*Qualifications:
Job duties include regular talking and hearing, occasional standing, walking, sitting, manual tasks, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crawling. Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs may be required. Specific vision abilities needed include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
