Legal Services of North Florida is hiringa full-time Director of Philanthropy. Be a part of a non-profit law firm, with 110+ employees in sevenoffices across North Florida, that seeks legal justice while understanding thevalue of work-life balance. This position is responsible for the oversight,planning, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive fundraising programto secure significant financial resources from individuals, foundations, andothers to support LSNF's mission. This staff member manages all major giftfunctions, including planned giving, donor engagement, fundraising campaigns,and fundraising event coordination. The Director of Philanthropy supervises the Donor Services Coordinator and event volunteers supporting philanthropicprogramming. Along with LSNF's Executive Director, the Director of Philanthropysupports the Board of Directors by staffing the Development Committee. TheDirector of Philanthropy will also work closely with the Communications and ProBono department staff on events and giving campaigns.

Graduation from an accredited four-yearcollege or university and a minimum of three yearsof experience in fundraising for a nonprofit organization. Keyaptitudes for this position are project management experience,strong organizational skills, ability to set objectives, strong writing skills,and ability to motivate donors, volunteers, and philanthropic partners. Experience with a capital campaign is preferred.

Salary offers depend on years of experience. Starting salary is $65,000. The comprehensive fringe benefits package includes:
