    Description

    Customer Service Representative

    We are seeking a talented Customer Service Rep to work in our Phoenix showroom. This would be a non-supervisory position but will play a vital role in our sales team.

    • Familiar with QDI's product set and describe colors, styles, highlight its features and benefits to customers.
    • Understand travertine, limestone, marble differences.
    • Closing sales face-to-face over phone understanding the process from start to finish.
