    Job Summary

    Manage accounts and project teams in support of all project and daily work activities from scope development through task/project completion. With a highly consultative approach, deliver full client satisfaction throughout the entire order life cycle and build strong, sustainable customer relationships. This role includes a focus on leading Design Activities.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Completes and / or leads all Design Activities. Eligible to request additional design support as needed.
    • Works closely and supports the Salesperson in client activities during the pursuit of new activities.
    • Meets with Salesperson and client early in the relationship development to establish team concept and establish credibility with client.
    • Collaborates with Salesperson on design strategy and design implementation pre-award.
    • Leads all Insidesource activities once customer commitment has been made.
    • Is the primary customer contact for order fulfillment and implementation after client gives Insidesource project commitment.
    • Responsible for total customer implementation and satisfaction.
    • Leads post-award Design process.
    • Leads quoting efforts through Sales Coordinator.
    • Directs, selects, and manages GP%.
    • Manages design requests and pricing.
    • Works closely with assigned Project Manager to ensure smooth project completion.
    • Manages installation quotes and process.
    • Manages any changes to order.
    • Leads all order fulfillment activities.
    • Fields future follow-up and day to day ongoing needs of client.
    • Keeps Sales Leader informed of activities and keeps eye out for future potential opportunities.
    • Works to grow the business and share of business Insidesource gets from each Account.
    • Maintains communication with Salesperson on all account activities.
    • Travel may be required.
    • Required participation in Sales Meetings, Staff Meetings and quarterly All-Hands Company Meetings.

    Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

    • Efficient in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Excel
    • Excellent and effective at oral and written communication.
    • Strong critical thinking, organizational and administrative skills.
    • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast –paced work environment.
    • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment in business transactions and to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
    • Strong understanding of the complexities and sophistication required to succeed in the furniture industry dealer environment.
    • In-depth knowledge of all aspects of contract furniture products and dealer activities with an emphasis on account management, design, project management and customer service
    • Understanding of construction project process.
    • Ability to read and understand architectural floor plans.
    • Ability to create work plans for projects and manage and drive execution to completion.
    • Fluid interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide range of customers, personnel, and departments.
    • Process-minded with an ability to see and integrate into the big picture to maximize both work quality and efficiency internally and externally.
    • Experience with Dealership business systems.
    • Furniture product specification knowledge.

    Total Compensation Range: $ k

    The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, and specific licensing or qualifications.
