- Experience with hydraulics and pumps
- Effective problem-solving abilities with written and verbal communication skills.
- Compliance with health/safety procedures and regulations.

Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * What You'll Get to Do CACI is seeking a Mechanical Technician in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Structures and Composites Division (Code 65) for repair, installation, maintenance, and operation of electrical and mechanical systems in support of the Test and Evaluation of DoD ship systems.
This position is 100% on-site at the NSWCCD in Bethesda, MD. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills working on advanced and proprietary industrial testing equipment. Must hold or be able to obtain a SECRET Security Clearance. More About the Role * Test and analyze machines, tools, and components to determine performance, strength, and stress tolerance. * Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to plan and schedule repairs. * Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any problems. * Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
