Position Specific Description
Qualified individual will have previous experience in Mechanical design engineering. Individual will support determination estimating and savings estimation efforts for Schools, Hospitals, Military Bases, and other commercial clients. This individual will manage engineering vendor activities, including developing specifications, statements of work, bid evaluations, owner acceptance reviews, and coordinate engineering vendors onsite. Knowledge of regulatory, industry standards and codes will be essential for this role. Experience with HVAC design, system monitoring, energy savings audits, and design review are required.
