- Researching and resolving complex problems through product data analysis
- Analyzing, verifying, and tracking product costs and reductions (e.g. material usage and cost, equipment and labor requirements, cycle times, etc.)
- Providing project leadership to improve existing products, and testing and prototyping component parts
- Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to provide product and new vendor qualification support
- ABET-accredited bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Proficiency in CAD design (SolidWorks experience preferred)
