- Record orders in the Vivarium Management Software system.
- Prepare and distribute internal delivery reports and cage cards.
- Review and reconcile supplier documents regarding animal purchases.
- Process payments in Workday.
- Request PO's.
- Provide support to the manager as needed.
- Perform admin duties to support the overall department.
- MS Office, Accounting, and billing software, Workday is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial and operational skills.
- Ability to learn new systems - will train on Vivarium software and Workday.
- Excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working in a research environment is preferred (but not required).
- Associate's degree required (preferably in accounting or finance).

The Administrative and Financial Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Division of Biology, Center for Animal Resources and Education (Bio CARE).
