As a Sales Associate, you will set the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear, ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience at LensCrafters every time. You will establish us as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales plans and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Recommend specific lenses and lens coatings based on optical prescriptions.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate them with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
• Promote a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain the appearance of the store, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, basic phone, and math skills.
• Embracing new technology and change with high accuracy.
• Selling skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivation with multi-tasking ability and flexibility in a quickly changing environment.

Compensation:

$16.00 - $21.42 per hour. Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. Additional benefits include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
