- Teach 5 one-hour classes daily in assigned field, including designing lesson plans to implement an effective curriculum. (40%)
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom. (10%)
- Supervise one area of STA facilities during students' break period, on a rotating basis. (8%)
- Creation, rehearsal, and presentation of final performance in areas of assigned field. (10%)
- Take and organize photos of camp activities. (8%)
- Prepare the weekly newsletter. (7%)
- Prepare social media posts. (7%)
- Morning and afternoon parking lot duty as assigned on a rotating basis. (5%)
- Other duties as deemed necessary by the STA director. (5%)

The STA Instructor and Media Coordinator's responsibilities include:
Hours: 8:30-4:30, M-F, 75 hrs bi-weekly.
Lunch break: 0.5 hr daily.
Minimum Qualifications: One year of college in related field and work related experience.
