    FULL DESCRIPTION:

    The selected candidate will be responsible for:

    • You understand electronic test principles resulting from your education, have mechanical aptitude and passion for technology
    • You have the desire to make significant technical contributions while growing your skills through team interaction
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and LabVIEW and/or NI Visual programming environment
    • Proficiency in SolidWorks, LTSpice and Cadence Orcad skills are a major plus
    • Skills in object-oriented programming is a major plus
    • Good interpersonal and training skills
    • Ability to work independently, resolve technical and manufacturing issues without detailed direction and work as part of a team
    • Capability to accurately and efficiently work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Liaise and support all levels internally and externally with sub-contractors, suppliers, customers and partners as required to execute the test plans for company products
    • Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline, 10 years directly applicable experience
    • Relevant experience in electrical, computer systems
    • Demonstrates accuracy and proficiency in execution of Job Responsibilities
    • Ability to clearly articulate a description of work product both verbally and in writing

    The selected candidate will also possess:

    • Internal customers include peer engineering groups, Quality and Manufacturing operations which rely on his/her engineering expertise to assist in new designs, yield, and process improvements
    • Development of hardware fixturing and ATE software to facilitate production product test
    • Timely completion of his/her responsibilities to meet the on-time delivery goal of the company
    • Provide technical support and assist in resolution of manufacturing problems as required
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Team player in pursuit and support of cost reduction activities to achieve company goals
    • Work with Design and Product Engineering, Business Unit Managers, Product Sales Managers and department managers to ensure technical documentation needs are planned and met
    • Review and approve Engineering Change Orders (ECO) applicable to product line responsibilities
    • Ability to travel "as required" to customer site(s) to provide technical support

    Salary Range: $75K-$110k/yr
