Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service BDC Representative to join our team in Libertyville IL.Responsibilities include responding to customer requests using CRM software managing a support staff and schedule sending emails texts videos and responding to real-time requests in chat sessions from various websites working with web-based applications to obtain pricing product availability and information following specified tasks to secure appointments for the dealership service department.
Qualifications include prior BDC experience strong desire for long-term position personal integrity strong work ethic strategic thinker ability to see entire picture develop relationships with customers task-oriented CDK experience required Xtime experience preferred.
