- Required: 1 year in e-commerce / online business with customer-facing a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or industry equivalent experience preferred
- Must be comfortable with Apps / Tech, like Shopify, Ticketing Systems
- Successful track record in eCommerce project management in an entrepreneurial environment
- Proficient in Shopify, Gorgias/Zendesk
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Loves to work collaboratively
- Excited to join a small team that makes an impact
- Required 1 year of experience in e-commerce
- Knowledge and experience with customer service

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a new position: Trade Account / Sales Assistant for online Furniture retailer at our Showroom/Office in Brooklyn, NY (Greenpoint).
Must love the challenge of starting a new position, in a fast-paced environment, with an interest in Home Decor,
customer service and operations for our online furniture retail store and NY showroom. In addition, the coordinator will work closely with the management team to improve customer experience and maintain high service standards.
