ESCs premier client is looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join their Finance department as a Financial Analyst as a part of their Music Team.

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join one of the largest podcast publishers in the US, known for its immersive podcasts.

The Financial Analyst will support the Music Finance team by taking lead on process improvement and ongoing integration of this team into accounting and finance systems.

They will lead and contribute to initiatives that require working cross-functionally with Music Finance, Accounting, Tax, Operations, Product, Marketing and Business Development teams.

Primary responsibilities:
internal customer groups and controller in all finance and accounting matters including providing data around revenues, expenses, governance controls, operational liftwith the functional leaders and other finance partners to build scalable financial processes and business metrics for their initiatives (e.g. international expansion)financial and business analysis to leaders and business partners including cost-saving and process improvement recommendationsand be point of contact for order to cash, procure to pay, and accounting processes and policyBasic Qualificationsdegree in finance, accounting, business or related fieldyears of relevant accounting experienceyears of project management experiencewith NetSuite or other cloud-based ERP systemsknowledge of Excel Preferred Qualificationsanalytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment; work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations; strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communicationability to problem solve and build mechanisms to address root causes and risksinterpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
