Position: Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Pricing Analyst to join our Sales team. The Pricing Analyst will play a crucial role in collaborating with the sales department to develop effective pricing strategies and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills and the ability to work harmoniously within the Sales and Operations Departments.

Job Description:

Reports and receives guidance from Director of Pricing. Analyzes and prices customer bids as well as submits them to a DHT Sales Rep or the customers bid website. Maintains the DHT Pricing email. Maintains/builds pricing database which contains all past and current bids.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Director of Pricing to formulate well-informed pricing strategies that align with financial objectives and market dynamics.

Partner with sales teams to deliver accurate and compelling pricing information for bids and proposals.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of pricing data used in analysis and decision-making.

Pre-requirements/Job Needs:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.

Ability to sit in front of computer screen for long hours.

College Degree or Work Equivalent

Location & Working Hours:

This job will be domiciled in Mountain City, TN. The working hours will be Monday through Friday (excluding given holidays), 8 am EST through 5 pm EST. If this is to change, advanced notice will be given.
