    Network Voice Engineer
    Onsite Day 1 - Newport Beach, CA
    Contract

    Experience: 9+ Years
    Job Description:
    • Respond and research potential or identified supported technology system failures and resolve outages, performance, or integrity problems as per standard department-established guidelines.
    • Administer faxing solutions and connectors.
    • Participate in department project initiatives.
    • Develop solutions that meet system requirements.
    • Maintains the environment by troubleshooting and repairing outages, testing backup procedures and updating documentation.
    • Creation of end-user training material.
    • Responsible to be proficient in Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support on the telephony systems.
    • Share ideas, projects, and best practices and help create a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
    • Build and maintain customer rapport by listening to and resolving concerns; answering questions.
    • Proactively monitor all production systems using specialized software.
    • Enhance tower and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    • Proficient in the following: AWS Connect Call Center, the building of flows, and IVR menus.
    • Knowledgeable in AWS Lex Bot.
    • Proficient in Cisco Jabber and CUCM.
    • Knowledgeable in RightFax or E-Fax
    • Knowledgeable in Service Now.
    • Knowledgeable in Snowflake.
    Good-to-have skills:
    • Good Interpersonal Communication skills
    • Experience in interacting and working with US Customers directly
    • Change and Configuration management through testing and moving updates through various staging environments (ITIL Change and Configuration Mgmt.)
    • Problem identification, determination, and resolution for product or usage of the product in conjunction with requestor (ITIL Incident/Problem Mgmt.)
