About the Role
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and operational activities in a waste-processing industrial environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, maintenance, and safe handling of materials while maintaining high safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment
- Support sampling, loading, and offloading of materials in accordance with safety procedures
- Operate forklifts, rail car movers, and other light industrial equipment
- Conduct facility inspections and complete maintenance work orders
- Service and lubricate equipment as required
- Complete required documentation and reports
- Participate in technical and safety training programs
- Work assigned daytime shifts and weekends as needed
- Promote a safe work environment and comply with health, safety, and environmental policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of industrial mechanical, electrical, or related experience (2–4 years preferred)
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow procedures, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively
- Valid driver's license

- Ability to safely perform job duties in an industrial environment
- Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
