    Job Description:

    The Observation Fellowship is a one-year postgraduate program designed to equip candidates with expertise in all aspects of observation unit operations.

    • To understand the role of observation medicine in current and future healthcare settings.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:


    Fellows must demonstrate proficiency in clinical diagnosis, data analysis, and communication skills. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team.


    • Prior experience in emergency medicine or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
