    About the Role:


    Reporting to, and working closely with, the Director of Talent Attraction, this position is responsible for enabling and optimizing the Talent Attraction function.

    This person will be responsible for full funnel talent attraction and recruiting analytics, including pulling reports, drawing insights and preparing dashboards for both Talent Attraction and Clinician Services teams.

    Identifying opportunities to drive our programs' efficiency and effectiveness, this person will make recommendations to the Talent Attraction team on various workstreams and programs.

    This person will also be responsible for our job distribution strategy, ensuring our jobs are visible on the right platforms at the right time and working closely to monitor third-party job board performance.

    This person will be responsible for managing our systems, including but not limited to a CRM and career site, and project managing the employee advocacy program.

    The Details:

    This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity. This opportunity will require some travel.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    Procurement / Job Marketing
    Coordinating with Recruiting Operations Manager to receive newly open jobs and then post to Sound Careers and all contracted external job boards
    Reviewing procurement and ensuring the job description is formatted and reflective of our EVP and partnering with Marketing Lead for updates
    Managing relationships with external partners/vendors and evaluate ROI
    Scheduling quarterly, bi-annual and annual business reviews with partners and key internal stakeholders
    In partnership with the Director of Talent Attraction, negotiating and managing contract renewals

    Systems & Operations
    System Admin, enablement optimization and enhancements to CRM and any other tools/platforms used within Talent Attraction
    Career Site Management
    Marketing and Sourcing Automation & AI – supporting Marketing

    Managers/Specialists

    & Talent Scout team
    Full funnel reporting and monthly dashboards for Talent Attraction & Clinician Services

    Candidate Experience Strategy
    Journey Mapping
    Identifying opportunities for digital and in-person experiences in partnership with Recruiting Operations
    Making recommendations to Clinician Services team as it relates to recruiting workflows
    Making recommendations to Marketing & Sourcing teams as it relates to top of the funnel workflows

    Events
    Tracking ROI on events
    Project management tasking for Marketing, Sourcing, Recruiting

    Employee Advocacy
    Project management design, implementation and onboarding with key stakeholders
    Onboarding for advocates
    Project managing content needs and liaison with marketing team
    Creating KPIs and track metrics/ROI

    Project Management & Special Projects
