They support all personnel, supplies, and equipment, providing guidance, orientation, and oversight for RNs. They provide compassionate care to patients and promote collaboration with all members of the healthcare team.

Conducts comprehensive nursing assessments, creates and implements individualized care plans, and evaluates patient outcomes while ensuring appropriate delegation of tasks to team members.

Collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, serves as a liaison with physicians, and participates in utilization review, discharge planning, and case management.

Demonstrates accountability for professional practice, participates in performance improvement initiatives, maintains competencies for nursing care, and advocates for patient rights.

Maintains a safe, clean, efficient, and caring environment while adhering to legal and regulatory parameters, practicing risk management, and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN qualification and nursing specialty certification preferred.
