Agile Decision Services is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and product support services for Army C5ISR mission-critical systems.
tosupport Project Manager, Intelligence Systems Analytics (PM IS A) Cybersecurity Support Services by supporting cybersecurity systems engineering, assessment and authorization, field service engineer, and other management support services necessary to accomplish the missions and goals.
Roles/Responsibilities:
Responsible for the deliverables, managing project artifacts, and managing staff and performance to include:
Prepare Data Owner Guides, rule sets, dataflows and filter development.
Provide support to configure and validate CDS access and transfer capabilities integrated within the PM Family of Systems (FoS).
Apply experience working hands-on in Linux based environments to troubleshoot on-site technical issues.
Responsible for development, configuration control, deployment and testing of CDSS Configurations (including Rules).
Engineers and deploys capabilities to provide new functionality, improve system performance/availability, and for generating efficiencies in the maintenance of the operational environment.
Collaborate with multiple technical teams to drive solutions that include hardware and software designers, operations personnel, and test engineers and communicate potential security risks and mitigations.
Prepare and implement engineering plans within a project.Perform system design and architecture work to modernize our CDS solutions as new requirements come in.
Assist with the Assessment and Authorization (A A) team to maintain RMF BOE to support the Authority to Operate (ATO) as required by ICD 503, NIST 800-53, CNSSI 1254 and any additional documentation as determined by the Authorizing Official (AO) and meets all FISMA obligations.
Supports Assessment and Authorization activities related to CDS technologies, such as Site-Based Security Assessments (SBSA).Prepare technical and engineering documentation to include interface control documents, test procedures, and specifications
Requirements
Must have a MS degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 10 or more years directly related experience; or a BS degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 15 or more years of directly related experience.
Must be an expert in implementing National Cross Domain Services Management Office (NCDSMO), Top Secret SCI and Below Interoperability (TSABI) and Secret and Below Interoperability (SABI) information assurance/cybersecurity requirements to meet Raise-the-Bar solutions.
Experience with the design, update, and manage a Cross Domain Solution (CDS) to support multiple classification domains in support of mission efforts and goals.
Design enterprise and system security throughout the development lifecycle; translating technology and environmental requirements into security designs and processes.Travel as needed, 25% or more.
Current TS/SCI w/CI poly Clearance.
