    Job DescriptionSalary: $55 - $88K

    We are looking for Quality Associate III to join our growing team In this role, you'll support the California High Speed Rail project.

    Job responsibilities include:

    • Lead internal task 7b team on QMDP reviews and efforts as part of acceptance of completed structures.
    • Lead the team in the development of processes, and procedures needed to accomplish an Authority Level Construction Quality Acceptance Program
    • Review, Identify and develop risk mitigation strategies to address any deficiencies in documentation related to the QMS, verification, validation, and self-certification.
    • Provide support in Field Acceptance Inspection and Testing Program Support existing QMS program.
    • Identify required training modules and oversee development of modules.
    • Assist in auditing PCM, ISE and DB if requested by Authority Lead internal task 7b team in assisting with closure of Quality Independent Assessment Punchlist items
    • Attend meetings with Authority and associated stakeholders, as necessary.
    • Provide additional support as requested by the Authority
    • Assist in performing independent quality assessment on completed structures.
    • Provide supervision, guidance and mentoring to Quality Associate I, II in their day-to-day tasks
    • Manage task 7b milestones and ensure successful completion of task assigned

    Minimum requirements:

    • B.S in Engineering, Quality Management, or relate field of study; relevant experience may be considered dependent upon qualifications
    • 10-20+ years of professional experience in quality, project management or business analysis preferred.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience supervising and managing small work teams, tracking budget, and developing and completion of tasks and deliverables
    • Knowledge of technical reporting writing skills
    • Ability to display data and prepare presentations with the audience in mind
    • Strong computer and database management skills including SharePoint
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Strong problem solving, workload management and organizational skills with limited supervision
    • Ability to be a professional, self-motivated, team player with strong collaboration skills
    • Ability to contribute effectively as part of a team involving staff, clients, and outside agencies
    • Ability to work well within a highly energized work environment with changing priorities and tasks

    The pay range for this position is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual pay will be based upon a range of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, level of responsibility, skills, abilities and overall alignment with market data for similar functions.
