    Shift: 12:00PM-09:00PM 5X8S


    Years of experience REQ: 2 years Recent Oncology Clinical Infusion Experience (required), Epic experience (required)
    First-time travelers -yes if required experience is met
    Weekend REQ: per clinic needs
    State Cert: Y - California Pharmacist
    Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) No


    Special Requirements:
