We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst for a multi-national company with manufacturing, finance, and retail operations. This development role plays a crucial part in shaping financial strategy and ensuring operational success. Job Duties:

• Develop, edit, and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for FP&A support.
• Work with departments to align the annual budget with company goals and targets.
• Conduct market and pricing analysis.
• Analyze financial outcomes and customer datasets, offering insights to enhance business results.
• Streamline finance processes and bolster internal controls for enhanced efficiency.
• Manage financial risks to comply with regulations and prevent potential issues.
• Uphold stringent internal controls to protect company assets and adhere to financial guidelines.
• Engage with teams across accounting, treasury, and operations for financial data and initiatives.
• Undertake special projects as directed by upper management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MACC preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a finance-specific position.
• Highly proficient in Excel; experience with SQL/Access is a plus.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets to drive informed outcomes.
• Familiar with financial profitability systems.
• Demonstrated proactive leadership and initiative.
• Advanced proficiency in organizational, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Disciplined approach to tasks, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and contribution.

Compensation:

• $100,000 to $120,000 DOE + outstanding benefits
