This role will be the face of the People team for our DC associates and focus their time on the implementation of people strategies to effectively identify hire develop and retain top talent to drive extraordinary performance in their location.What You Will Do
Acts as a trusted advisor to the DC leadership teams to support overall operational effectiveness and DC performance.
- Supports workforce planning by engaging in the forecasting process acting as a liaison between the DCs and talent acquisition teams providing innovation solutions to local staffing challenges.
