Provide high-quality training coaching and modeling to build teacher campus leadership capacity improve instructional practices across campuses Support staff in building instructional capacity by actively participating in planning modeling effective practices facilitating learning opportunities serving as lead learner Consult with campuses across Frisco ISD that have large number of Spanish bilingual denials Support creation implementation of state standards District-adopted curriculum assessments evidence-based instructional strategies Participate needs assessments assist creating monitoring action plans targeted campuses support progress monitoring Assist teachers teams analyzing assessment student performance data guide instructional adjustments monitor progress Collaborate district departments Teaching Learning Special Education MTSS Assessment Technology ensure cohesive aligned instructional support teachers students Design facilitate support district professional learning including curriculum rollout new teacher new leadership support ongoing learning cohorts Track progress assigned campuses prepare status updates summaries Teaching Learning leadership Contribute continuous improvement researching best practices piloting evaluating instructional tools resources maintaining highest level of professionalism ethics confidentiality Serve point contact parents considering enrolling dual language program Frisco ISD retains right adjust responsibilities assignments positions needed meet needs District Foster collaborative work environment honors supports social emotional well-being all Employees expected interact manner becoming educators promotes high levels productivity benefit students served Maintain emotional control under stress Prolonged use computer repetitive hand motions Frequent standing stooping bending kneeling pushing pulling Occasional lifting up pounds Frequent districtwide travel campuses Occasional prolonged irregular hours
