    **What We're Looking For:**
    - Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of New Mexico.
    - Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
    - Effective patient communication, strong documentation, and problem-solving skills.
    - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
    - Proficient with electronic health records and mobile charting.
    - Passionate about function-focused, relationship-driven care.
