- Support local brands to communicate the value proposition effectively in the assigned region
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of our products and services for clear communication with partners
- Travel within the territory, visit partners regularly, and engage field-based activities to boost growth
- Handle inquiries and complaints from partners professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with regional leaders for marketing campaigns that meet company targets
- Attend industry events and monitor market trends and competitors
- Implement creative outreach strategies to increase organizational awareness in the region
- Drive growth through community partner referral channels
- Maintain partnership records and provide regular sales reports to management
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data-driven outreach roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in SalesForce and other communication tools
- Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and build strong relationships
- Computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management
- Experience in multi-site healthcare and behavioral health is a plus
