This role encompasses a combination of duties including completing friendly and personable check-ins at the front desk, coordinating with guests for a streamlined check-in process, upselling to new customers upon arrival, bike handling and setup of guests.

Responsibilities include greeting customers assisting them with adjusting their rentals stacking moving lifting bikes throughout shifts communicating team issues work as cohesive team maintain positive attitude take initiative provide support tour guides successful tour checkin process maintain product knowledge locations services facilitate delivery reservations clientele.
