- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources and/or Related field REQUIRED
- 3+ yrs Experience in Development or Program Coordination Experience in a Law Firm or Professional Services Firm
- Knowledge of Industry best practices and trends within Development
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); with Ability to learn new software
- Strong Organization and Communication skills
- Coordinate new hire process, including planning orientation schedules and conducting onboarding training
- Coordinate transfer and offboarding process, including exit interview reports
- Coordinate Leave of Absence, including Paid Family Leave
- Coordinate bar admissions, annual bar renewals, and related reporting
- Compile data in preparation for review meetings and ensuring timely completion of evaluations and reviews
- Maintain department files, central index of personnel files, records, and calendars
