Responsibilities

• Allocate resources such as vehicles, personnel, or equipment based on urgency and availability.
• Monitor and track the status of ongoing operations.
• Maintain constant communication with field personnel, drivers, or service providers.
• Provide clear and concise instructions to ensure tasks are carried out accurately.
• Handle emergency situations, assess priorities, and dispatch appropriate resources
• Document all relevant information, including service requests, dispatch details, and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities and communications
• Address and resolve issues or obstacles that may arise during operations.
• Make quick decisions to adapt to changing circumstances and ensure the efficient flow of tasks.
