    Financial Coordinator

    As a Financial Specialist with Compass Revenue Solutions, you will be responsible for collecting data from our point of service application, CollaborateMD, and transferring or reconciling the information into our third-party tracking system (Monday). This role requires comfort making cold calls to patients and/or their families to collect outstanding insurance or patient responsibility monies due to the facilities.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently use Outlook/Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks
    • Enter data into Monday on a weekly basis for reconciliation purposes
    • Making daily/weekly calls to patients regarding payment responsibilities
    • Requirements:

      A minimum qualification includes having a High School diploma or equivalent. You must also have proven interpersonal skills that allow you interact effectively both internally and externally with various groups including insurance companies office staff facility operators & other staff as needed.Proven reliability in adapting new experiences is key. Additionally ability follow standard operating procedures required.Solid understanding of insurance policies beneficial but not necessary.You must have multitasking/time management skills without constant oversight yet still able take constructive direction when processes change.Excellent written / verbal communication skills mandatory.Able remain organizationally effective delegate/completetasksinfirst-in-first-out manner.
