- Stay current with scientific literature and engage in dialogues with specialists to craft pioneering projects
- Plan and conduct essential in vitro experiments supporting preclinical drug discovery, such as disease modeling and target validation
- Develop and carry out quantitative assays (e.g., ELISA, cell signaling, flow cytometry) for molecule validation and quality assurance independently
- Lead biology projects and collaborate with drug discovery teams
- Hold a Ph.D. in a relevant field like protein sciences or immunology, with notable peer-reviewed publications and a track record of productivity and innovation
- Possess strong cell biology expertise (mammalian cell culture, quantitative assays, functional experiments) and specialized knowledge in immunology or related disciplines
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic matrix environment, contributing significantly to project planning and execution
- Demonstrate outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as exceptional organizational and problems-solving abilities
- Preference for expertise in B and plasma cell biology
