    Job Description
    Carboline Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Green Bay, WI to lead and oversee the warehouse and inventory for our chemical manufacturing facility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand all aspects of production schedule and coordinate manufacturing requirements with schedulers and attend daily production meetings.
    • Oversee daily activities of operations to maximize scheduling and real-time utilization of resources.
    • Allocate resources in a responsible manner, directing and controlling shifts, hours, overtime and temporary labor.
    • Review and approve hourly time cards for payroll processing.
    • Maintain manufacturing compliance with safety and regulatory requirements as directed by the Environmental, Health & Safety Manager.
    • DIRECT the layout of equipment, workflow, process methods and work force utilization.
    • Identify and implement process improvements.
    • Understand LEAN Manufacturing and 5M practices.
