- Contribute to our learning environment through regular team interactions and meetings.
- Periodically share your coaching expertise with local high school teams.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in strength and conditioning (Preferably at the college level).
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Current industry certification (CSCS, SCCC, NSCA-CPT, etc.) or in progress.
- CPR/AED certification.
