    Summary:

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing, attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. This role drives strategy for overall corporate talent acquisition and development initiatives. In addition, this role will manage and lead onboarding programs, in conjunction with the comprehensive talent management vision of the company. Talent Acquisition Specialist builds quality relationships to promote Bobrick Washroom Equipment career opportunity, generate referrals and develop leaders. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in executing recruiting strategies for the organization. Creativity, exceptional communication skills and drive to achieve are critical in this position.

    Job Responsibilites:

    • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the companys hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
    • Recruit hourly and salaries roles for various departments and functions (Manufacturing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, etc.)
    • Proactively identify, qualify, and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media, and networking tools
    • Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as college recruitment and internships, career fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, deployment of a variety of internet recruiting initiatives, etc
    • Screen resumes and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to offer negotiation
    • Assist in the design, development and implementation of the recruiting and staffing strategic plan and tactics in collaboration with company leadership
    • Analyzes trends in the business, the manufacturing industry, and local markets in order to identify issues and opportunities to enhance recruitment strategies and leverage the brand
    • Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure potential candidates move quickly and efficiently through the hiring process
    • Designs a variety of recruiting materials and supporting aids and materials; makes changes and enhancements to materials as needed, and conducts employment branding campaign for all levels of recruiting from front-line to executive management
    • Manages employee referral program and pre-screens candidates in anticipation of hiring needs
    • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, colleges, vendors, associations to route talent to the organization
    • Track and report on talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc
    • Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process

    Qualifications:

    • 5 to 7 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing, preferably in a corporate environment.
    • Bachelors degree from four-year college or university
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
    • Advanced knowledge of HR/Talent Acquisition software, database management, and internet search methods
    • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, in-person)
    • High level of familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.
    • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs in the business
    • Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
    • Has capability of managing multiple priorities while delivering high quality results. Must have extensive experience and knowledge with interviewing techniques and legal hiring practices as well as federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems.
    • Ability to travel to company divisions, as well as Career Fair, and networking events

    Salary: $81K - $96K
