- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine patients' functional abilities and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and physician recommendations.
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities as appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document treatment sessions in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
- CPR certification.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of California.
- CPR certification.
- Previous experience working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to assist with patient evaluations and treatment plans.
