    Title: Invasive Vascular Radiology Technologist

    Responsibilities:


    • The Invasive Vascular Radiology Technologist assists radiologist with all aspects of patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures.

    • Operates and maintains diagnostic x-ray and ultrasound equipment in the performance of patient care.

    • Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation.

    • Must have customer service and interpersonal skills.

    • Demonstrates time management, critical thinking, written, and verbal skills.

    • Possesses computer skills appropriate to the position.

    Certification & Licensure:


    • Required – BLS (Basic Life Support)

    • Required - ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) - Registry Eligible

    • Required – Radiology – State of Florida

    Education:


    • Required - Technical Diploma (Radiology) OR associate degree - Radiology

    Facility:

    BayCare Health System, Interventional Radiology-SJH

    Location: St Josephs Main and Childrens

    Status: Full Time, Exempt: No

    Shift Hours: 10

    Shift: Shift 1

    Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

    Weekend Work: Occasional

    On Call: Yes
