The Assistant Site Coordinator supports Sr Project Manager with daily residential remodel site activities ensuring timely completion within budget while maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Opening closing job sites recording weather conditions labor activities accidents delays etc.
- Filling out Daily Logs assisting with scheduling crews completing production requirements coordinating with Sr Project Manager keeping informed schedulerelated issues requested changes Scope by client photographing project progress daily sending to Sr Project Manager Vice President attending regular weekly office meetings possibly participating progress meetings client every 2 weeks enforcing Safety rules regulations Virtuoso Builders reviewing Virtuoso Builders Scope of Project per jobsite ensure meets contract requirements following up material orders suppliers preissued purchase orders assisting Sr Project Manager subcontractors field issues coordination issues picking up needed materials delivering jobsites issued company credit card name commensurate production responsibilities receipt purchase saved delivered Vice President Monday morning meeting responsible exceeding credit limit placed card month penalties fees company warnings issued card holder exceeded limit confiscated keeping jobsite clean organized safe stocked consumable construction materials managing materials each jobsite essential this position project book including all materials binder description materials intended use type size model numbers unused material kept good condition returned vendor credit comprehensive list needed made order pickup secured protected weather nails hardware stored assigned location damaged sent back supplier replaced acceptable covering plastic tarps indoors possible reconciled order confirmed undamaged sent back supplier replaced acceptable performing walkthrough each day inspect previous days work done correctly autopsies after each project completion providing useful suggestions future improvements
