    Description

    Subway Sandwich Artists are expected to:

    1. Greet customers and take their orders, either in-person or over the phone.
    2. Prepare bread and other ingredients for sandwiches, subs, and salads according to customer specifications.
    3. Assemble sandwiches and subs, ensuring that the ingredients are arranged neatly and attractively.
    4. Use the POS system to ring up orders and handle cash and credit card transactions.
    5. Keep the food preparation area clean and organized, including washing dishes, cleaning counters and equipment, and sweeping and mopping floors.
    6. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food handling and storage.
    7. Stock supplies and ingredients as needed.
    8. Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and making recommendations.
    9. Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
