    Description


    Windsor is looking for an energetic Civil Engineer that is a positive team member who takes ownership for their work, exhibits the right attitude, and has a desire for constant improvement.

    This position location is flexible as a hybrid role to our Ridgefield, WA or Midwest offices (Minneapolis MN, or Duluth MN).

    What you'll bring:4+ experience in Civil3D modeling and draftingBachelor of Science- Civil Engineering or similar degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experienceAbility to prepare, read and understand construction plans and technical documentsPrevious experience in Land Development or Stormwater beneficialStrong drafting and design skills and ability to work on a teamKnowledge of basic MS office skills including Word and ExcelStrong written and verbal communications skillsAbility to adopt and exhibit Windsor Core Values- The Right Attitude, Ownership, Constant ImprovementMust hold a valid driver's license and your own transportation

    What you'll do:
    Assist our Project Engineers with a wide variety of infrastructure projects around the United States.

    You will perform engineering project design, drafting, and plan set production from verbal direction, sketches, and field data, under direct supervision of an engineer or senior technician.

    Perform basic design computations, preliminary layout and design drawings, researching and preparing rough drafts of preliminary reports and feasibility studies.

    Assist with project plans and specifications, preparing cost and quantity take-off estimates.
    Assist with technical report writing for both land development and public municipal projects.
    Bring an enthusiastic approach to your work daily, with a willingness to see challenges as opportunities. Be excited to get things done.
