Purpose & Scope:
The Technical Systems Administrator is responsible to provide systems engineering and administrative support across a wide array of software and hardware systems and components used to deliver production services.
Responsible to provide resolution, leadership and training on escalated issues from help desk and field service operations ensuring on-going support services in a 24x7 operational environment.
The incumbent receives supervision and general guidance from the Manager of IT Technology Service Center. The Systems Administrator is expected to work well in a team-oriented environment.Education:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, systems engineering, or in a related field is preferred.
Experience:
One year of experience in information technology is preferred.
One year of experience in clinical/ financial systems administration is preferred.
Experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
None.
