Job Description
5+ Years' experience supporting MS Exchange 2010 for large organizations o 5+ Years' experience building / supporting MS Windows Server 2008 (R1 & R2) and Windows 2012 o 5+ years MS Active Directory administration experience for large organizations o 5+ years Customer support experience, emphasizing strong written and spoken communications skills o 5+ Years MS PowerShell experience o Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to extrapolate and modify previous issue resolutions and apply to subsequent issues o Project management skills (certification not required) o Also of interest, experience with any or all of: § File & print server management § Basic SQL administration (not query writing) § SCOM § WSUS § WDS § Task automation § Symantec administration § HyperV Administration § VMware a plus
