R Systems is a leading digital product engineering company seeking a Lead HCBS Analyst to lead functional design and business analysis for a statewide HCBS case management implementation.- Own translation of HCBS policy and operations into a prioritized Agile backlog and validated end-to-end workflows across.
- Lead JAD sessions and requirements validation; define future-state workflows and business rules
- Produce Agile requirements artifacts: epics/features/stories, acceptance criteria, process flows Own billing/claims requirements definition and support UAT with clear acceptance criteria and test scenarios
