    Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Transcard in Chattanooga, TN. This is a full-time position that involves identifying sales opportunities through cold-calling mailing lists and social media platforms.

    About the Role:

    • Communicate with prospects, potential partners, and customers through outbound calls, emails, and digital deliveries.
    • Understand customers' and prospect needs and identify sales opportunities.
    • Work closely with marketing and other teams to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
    • Track and manage sales leads and opportunities using our CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
    • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, providing regular updates to management.
    • Closing sales and achieving sales targets with a goal to exceed all KPIs.

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position (preferred).
    • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as HubSpot.
    • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
    • Strong listening and sales skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.

    What We Offer:

    • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
