Responsibilities
- Provides psychotherapy to individuals,couples,
children,families,and groups. - Provides initial evaluations,and short-term treatment.
- Maintains accurate and descriptive records on patients receiving services.Record entries
in the electronic medical record must be timely.and if on paper must be legible.
