Kadiak LLC seeks Records Support Associate III to support Kadiak and government customer in Washington DC This position involves supervising lower-level associates managing workflow handling complex issues pertaining to work products leading managing teams setting priorities ensuring smooth transition of work between teams serving as Subject Matter Expert frequently liaising onsite Government management.
Responsibilities
- Serves in critical roles in Passport S/TO/RS processing work functions mail open cashier data entry quality control PRISM customer service supervise at any level within Division If requested by Government management ensure sufficient inventory of supplies are on hand to meet current anticipated demand Plan direct coordinate daily activities Plan follow established procedures methods to meet changing processing requirements Provide regular operational feedback status updates attendance reporting training records production activity reporting Participate in management meetings Notify Deputy Program Support Manager DPSM of any problems issues staff adherence procedures internal controls violations Monitor workload make recommendations Government how divide work among support staff Monitor contractor personnel performance ensure work performed accordance performance standards established procedures internal controls Assist training contract personnel duties tasks helping constantly improve training process procedure Make recommendations Government improve processes assist problem solving continuous improvement Maintain flexibility meet organizational production service goals required workload direction Government Assist special projects received Division In event DPSM absent reason period longer two weeks Records Support Associate Level III may serve Acting DPSM Recommend system improvements enhancements automate extent possible data transfer accountability reconciliation passport archival databases
