ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team for the school year in the Pataskala, OH area. If you are committed to helping students thrive academically and emotionally, we want to hear from you

We are looking for a skilled Intervention Specialist who is adept at developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IEPs tailored to meet the unique needs of students
Provide direct instruction and support to students in various academic subjects
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Utilize evidence-based strategies and interventions to support student growth and achievement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
Valid Intervention Specialist license or certification in Ohio
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs
